- The Commitment — Payment secures your dedicated weekly timeslot/s for the full 10 weeks. To keep your momentum on track, missed sessions cannot be refunded, credited, or rescheduled.
- No-Recording Policy — To safeguard everyone’s privacy, live online lessons may not be recorded.
- Personal Use Only — All provided course materials are strictly for your personal study and may not be shared or reproduced.
- Can we meet before I decide to sign up?
  Yes! Use our booking section to schedule a free consultation. We will discuss your goals and design your custom learning plan with absolutely no strings attached.
- Can I do a trial lesson before committing to a term?
  Yes. You can book a one-off Casual Lesson to try things out before committing to a full term.
- Can I sign up if the term has already started?
  Yes. However, mid-term sign-ups are charged at the full Term rate (calculated from a baseline of 1 lesson per week). If you are booking multiple lessons a week, your total will scale accordingly. If the term is already far along, we recommend taking Casual Lessons to tide you over until the next term begins.
- How do online lessons work?
  We meet via a secure, encrypted video call link that I will send you. To safeguard everyone’s privacy, we operate on a strict no-recording policy so you can practice without pressure.
- Am I too old to learn guitar online?
  Never! As long as your hands and fingers can move, you are perfectly ready to start learning.
- What gear do I need to get started?
  Just an acoustic guitar, a computer or tablet, and a stable internet connection.
- Can I pay my invoice in installments?
  No. To secure your dedicated weekly timeslot/s, the full 10-week term is charged as a single prepaid fee at the time of booking.
- Are international payments accepted?
  Yes. We accept secure, fast, and easy overseas payments via PayPal or Wise.

- Single Lessons — Premium individual sessions tailored to your immediate goals.
- Multi-Lesson Bundles — Package options available for advanced scheduling flexibility.

- Flexibility — Redeemable at any mutually agreed time with no 10-week term commitment.
- The Commitment — Payment secures your flexible booking. Because casual sessions offer complete scheduling freedom without a 10-week term contract, they carry a higher premium rate. All casual bookings are non-refundable.
- Cancellation Policy — We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, cannot be rescheduled and will forfeit the lesson fee.
